Key Holding & Alarm Response
Sovereign provide a bespoke key holding and alarm response suited to each individual customers needs
We can either hold the keys and attend when an alarm be it intruder or fire alarm is activated enter and search the building for any intruders. We can then contact the alarm companies and have the alarm reset once all is deemed to be ok
Alternatively, we can just attend and respond to alarms and meet a key holder on site to accompany them into the building for their safety This is useful for lone worker policies under health and safety
We can attend buildings to provide a lock up and open service to allow staff in thus stopping the need for multiple sets of keys been issued to staff
We are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year dependent on customer requirements
Key holding can be a one off charge for a 12 month period or can be invoiced monthly along with any call out fees. Call out fee is inclusive of the first hour labour charges
